Performance Health Gel Dots & Body Discs

Designed to reduce abrasion, friction, and pressure points, the gel dots can be placed between the skin and splints, casts, braces, or footwear. The dots can also be fabricated with insoles and placed under individual metatarsal heads. For uncomfortable knuckle placements underneath casts or splints, the dots can be used as individual cushions for parts of the hand. The large body discs can be applied to larger areas of the body that are being irritated by pressure and friction. To be customized to fit a certain body part, the discs can be trimmed.
